From ancient to present time, the practice of meditation, excercise, positive thinking, healthy diet and touch have been potent tools supporting humanity in its ultimate quest for health of body, mind and soul. The true power of any visit with Peace of Heart is developing a good sense of what we really want in life and becoming aware of all of the aspects of our experiences that contirbute to our optimum Wellness.
Peace of Heart advocates a wellness-centered, life affirming approach to life, leading to great benefits in relaxation, awareness, aches/pains, re-patterning, relationships, in help with mourning, creativity levels, consciousness and many more benefits of self empowerment!
ABOUT ME - I was born the oldest child in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I started my travels and research in spiritual and physical well-being in 1995 where I have spent time in India, Africa, China and Tibet (where I studied my meditation), and just recently returned from an incredible spiritual journey in Maui, Hawaii. All my life I have been amazed at both the beauty and the sadness of the world; but maintained the understanding we are all one, and with belief in our wonderful planet, I am truly humbled to be sharing this life with you. I am a graduate from the World School of Massage and Healing Arts, graduate of Orange County Life Coach Institute, studied with San Francisco Zen Center in Meditation, and recently received my Reiki Master Teacher certification in Ohio, attuned to Shanballa Reiki. I am dedicated to my healing work and reconnecting people to their true essence! This earth is a special place, it is here and open for us to receive all its goodness, and it does understand and want to help with the confusion and sadness we have all experienced as well. Whether it is massage, coaching, guided meditation or healing------my committment in life is working with YOU!
